We provide our members with a fun, convenient, comfortable environment where you will find all the support you need to meet your goals. The Curves Work-out takes just 30 minutes and includes all the components needed for a complete exercise program - warm-up, cardiovascular, strength training, cool down, and stretching.
We are a Curves Smart Training Facility! Having Curves Smart will take your workout to the next level! Curves Smart keeps you accountable and working hard every day. It shows you the range of motion, intensity level, repetitions, calorie count and monitors your heart rate.

Zumba on the Circuit is held every Wednesday from 10- 10:30 am. Class is $1.00.
Traditional Zumba classes are only $5 and everyone is welcome. Tuesday nights from 7-8 pm. and Fridays from 1-2 pm.
